2023 was my turning point—I ditched diets for small lifestyle tweaks, said bye to body-harming foods, and chilled on the cocktails (well, mostly!). Feeling awesome became my new normal! Now, I'm on a mission to empower moms to feel fabulous inside and out.
But it wasn't just about the physical stuff. I realized that true wellness is about way more than what the scale says. So, I dove into taking care of my mental health, scribbling away in my journal, and getting cozy with my spiritual side for some extra mojo.
And now? Well, here I am, on a mission to sprinkle some love and empowerment on my fellow mamas. Through Alysha Spencer Boudoir Photography, I'm all about creating a space where every woman—every mom—feels like the superstar she truly is, inside and out.

I decided to schedule a boudoir session with Alysha when she was doing a giveaway. This is something I would probably never had considered but I had heard such good things about Alysha and went ahead even though it was so far out of my comfort zone. The process from booking to the day of the session was seamless. Alysha sent out emails and files of information to help with preparation, and met with me over zoom to discuss outfits and desires from the upcoming shoot. On the day of the shoot, Alysha greeted me with a big smile and a burst of positivity. I immediately felt comfortable, even though I knew in a few short moments, I'd be down to my skivvies! We started the shoot a little more covered up, and worked on my comfort level, and then went from there. Never during the shoot did Alysha make me feel insecure or uncomfortable, and it was so much fun. Following the shoot, Alysha again set up a meeting over zoom to review and select photos. This process was also seamless and allowed me to pick and choose which images I loved or didn't love, and finalize an album. I 100% would recommend Alysha to any woman who wants to feel empowered in their own skin, or heck, just for a fun shoot in your undies!
